Billowing smoke from a tank battery fire on FM 715 could be seen for miles Friday afternoon. Some residents reported seeing the plume from Odessa, while folks in Greenwood heard sirens as firefighters rushed to the scene. The Greenwood Volunteer Fire Department said it responded alongside the Midland Northeast Volunteer Fire Department. No injuries were reported....
