Body - The Greenwood Rangerettes got their volleyball season off to a strong start, winning their first two matches at the Midland tournament. Greenwood opened with a 2-0 victory over Idalou before sweeping Abilene High in the second match to move to 2-0 on the season.
Greenwood's Dylan Payton and Andrick Rodriguez competed at Nike Outdoor Nationals in Eugene, Oregon. Payton also qualified for the USA Track & Field U20 Championships and earned First-Team All-American honors in the championship 400-meter hurdles, while Rodriguez competed in the championship 400 and the club 4x400-meter relay.
