WESTTEXAS - A 5.1 magnitude earthquake rattled West TexasonSundayevening,Sept.16,accordingtotheUnitedStates Geological Survey (USGS). The quake struck at 7:49 PM, with its epicenter located on GKB Cattle Ranch in Tarzan, 27 miles north of Greenwood. While the epicenter was relatively remote, people reported feeling tremors as far away as Dallas andAustin.
