MIDLAND - The Midland Police Department has been receiving reports of a scam in Midland where someone is calling residents claiming to be Lt. Jason Lee.
The scammer is using the number (432) 217-0451 and saying there’s a warrant for 'Failure to Appear for Jury Duty.'
No money has been requested yet, but the public should stay vigilant.
If anyone receives a call like this, hang up and report it.
