The 118th Judicial District Court welcomed The Honorable R. Shane Seaton as the new presiding District Judge of the 118th Judicial District Court. Seaton was sworn in by The Honorable Judge Yeats on Sunday, January 1, 2023. The 118th Judicial District Court serves Howard, Martin, and Glasscock Counties and hears these counties civil cases and felony criminal cases
