I try and run this Nugget or something like it before each election, and it is still true today. There are a lot of things going on in the world today. Some good and some bad, we are gearing up to vote in the November election. The politically correct thing is to separate church and state [not God’s Way]. Christians “Must” vote. Millions of Christians chose not to vote last election. God will hold us accountable for not trying to keep this a Christian Nation. We are to pray “Thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven”. God said “Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the foul of the air and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth on the earth” [Gen. 1:26]. He gave Adam authority over all the things of the earth, even the creeps. --I’m joking of course. God never intended for one man to control another man. He did give man rule over things and circumstances. We have authority over the influences that rule people.

Adam rebelled and lost our rights, however Jesus came and bought all our privileges back. God is still expecting His kids to take dominion over the things of this world. David refused to bow down to the king of his day and He was recorded in history. He kept the law until the law went against God. “Blessed is the nation who’s God is the Lord”[Ps. 33:12].

Politicians that run a nation are like the eggs in an omelets. Omelets are just as good as the eggs. We can add bell pepper, onions and sausage, no matter how much we pray it’s still gonna stink if the eggs are rotten. We have to start with good eggs. We have to study the eggs. The first Government that was ever established was the Kingdom of heaven. The first Government on earth was the Kingdom of God, which was the Garden of Eden. I assume Adam was the President and Eve the Vice President. God had the only vote.

The original mandate for mankind was for them to establish the Kingdom of God on earth. That is still the mandate of mankind today. We need to study the eggs, because now, God has given us the vote.

The “Kingdom of Heaven” is a place and the “Kingdom of God” is a Method. So Adam was commissioned to establish the methods of God here on earth. “Thy will be done on earth as it is in Heaven”. God is still helping us get it right in our own life and help others do the same. We have had 2 years now to study the eggs, not by what they say on national television, but check their tract record and see what they really voted for in their past, decisions. Rotten eggs still look like a good egg on the surface.

“I exhort therefore, that, first of all, supplications, prayers, intercessions, and giving of thanks, be made for all men: For kings, and for all that are in authority; that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and honesty” [1 Tim. 2 1-2].

First of all, Pray. You are not voting for a party, you are now voting for Good or evil. Christians and non-Christians alike, still love America and want it to be taken care of. Let us not ask what can this country do for me, but what can I do for my country? This election is the most important election in the history of this Nation. The people of this election stand with or against the Next President, good or bad. “Let’s Study The Eggs”.
