42 years of service, a painful setback, and a department that keeps growing

For 42 years, the Greenwood Volunteer Fire Department has responded to calls for help in Greenwood. The department started in 1984 with nine men and women: John Fretwell, Andy Glasscock, Lynn Glascock, Charlie Hall, Connie Little, Dale Little, Eric Metzger, Jim Reynolds and Ron Souter.
