Greenwood chess teams participated in the Region 9 Scholastic Chess Tournament at Bunche Elementary. The Primary team composed of Jackson Clemmer, Grayson Salgado, and Caleb Warne earned 2nd place! Individual students who medaled for winning at least 3 out of 5 matches include Miles Rydell, Sofia Torres Montano, and Luis Torres Montano. Junior Garett Dalton medaled for winning at least four or more of his matches.
