The 1884 Carmelite Plaza in Stanton has a new addition, a historically accurate windmill. Crews erected the structure last weekend. Clayton Baker, Jay Baker, and H Baker oversaw the project and provided all the labor while Carlos Galindo with Liberty Lift Specialists operated the crane, which was donated free of charge.
