Body - The Greenwood Rangerettes volleyball team opened its season by splitting a road dual against Idalou and Abilene High on Tuesday in Abilene. The Rangerettes started the afternnon with a victory over Idalou, 26-24, 25-18.

Body – The Greenwood Rangers started their Bi-District series with a bang, but came up short in the end losing to Pampa in three games last weekend at Lockney High School. Game 1 was a pitchers duel through the first five innings.
