- The Greenwood Rangers are back to their winning ways after a one-sided victory over San Angelo Lake View in Tuesday’s non-district game, at the Greenwood gymnasium.
Greenwood opened up a 26-12 lead by halftime and erupted for 15 points in the third quarter to stretch the advantage to 41-21 through three quarters. The Rangers continued to play well and closed out the game winning 50-33.
Conrad Morris scored a game-high 20 points to lead Greenwood in the blowout win. Caden Underwood had nine points for the Rangers (16-6), Tatum Pierce scored eight and Jovan Lopez registered six.
Greenwood hosts Lubbock Cooper at 7:30 p.m. Friday.
