– The Greenwood Rangerettes overcame a late Monahans rally to improve their District 3-4A record to 2-0.
The Rangerettes can thank a tough non-district schedule to helping them grow into a mentally strong team which helped them close out the game against Monahans after a crazy Loboes rally.
Greenwood had a decent first half taking a 19-11 halftime lead, spurred mostly by Emily Jones’s 12 points.
