– Greenwood High School athletes were in Lubbock last weekend for the Region I 4A Track and Field Meet at Plains Capital Park/Lowery Field in Lubbock.
For many, this was the last competition of the year but for the elite few that finished first or second, they earned a trip to the State meet in Austin in May.
Greenwood had three athletes qualify for State.
