Massive propane explosion rattles Greenwood homes

- Greenwood Volunteer Fire Department were first on scene after a propane explosion at Targa gas plant at 4801 FM 1379.Fire Chief Ray LeBlanc said seven volunteer fire fighters responded along with Midland Fire Department and were on scene for about 12 hours.The Midland County Sheriff’s Office evacuated people living within half a mile.
