Rangerettes soccer tops Andrews 4-0, Rangers battle to a draw

GREENWOOD- The No. 14-ranked Greenwood girls soccer team rebounded from its first loss of the season to open District 2-4A play on Tuesday with a shutout victory over Andrews at J.M. King Memorial Stadium.
The Rangerettes (71, 1-0) were led by Brooke Clifton who scored a pair of goals on a penalty kick and on a corner kick. McKenzie De La Rosa and Devanie Vasquez each had a goal for Greenwood.
