GREENWOOD- The pot was stirred this week when a picture of some tinsel left on signs throughout the Greenwood community was posted on a popular Facebook page.
The picture was posted with the comment, “Wondering if we are hoping for this tinsel to fall off by itself? Or are we leaving it up in anticipation of another 3-8 season next year?”
