Late run gives Lubbock Cooper the victory

    Greenwood battled Lubbock Cooper on Friday night in non-district action at Greenwood High School.

    The Rangers kept the contest close throughout but Cooper went on a run late in the fourth quarter to clinch a 53-40 victory.

    Greenwood’s Conrad Morris scored a team-high 14 points, Tatum Pierce had 12 and Caden Underwood scored seven.
