Texas oil and gas agency investigating 5.4 magnitude earthquake in West Texas, the largest in three decades
Martin County first responders were dispatched to a wreck on Hwy 349 Tuesday afternoon. The driver of the pick-up crossed four lanes a traffic and hit a motor home. He was transported by AeroCare to Medical Center Hospital in Odessa with life threatening injuries.

Inspectors for the Texas Railroad Commission are investigating a 5.4 magnitude earthquake that was recorded west of Pecos near the border of Reeves and Culberson counties last Wednesday, the agency said.
