GREENWOOD – November 8 was election day and voters from Greenwood, Midland County, and across the state of Texas let their voices be heard.
For Greenwood ISD there were two contested races for board of trustee. Trustee Place 1 had John E. Bowman beating Troy A. Keel with 65% of the vote. Trustee Place 7 was between John Ellis and Nikki Leatherwood with Ellis winning the seat with 58% of the vote.
