Body - The new Midland County jail being built in Greenwood is about 65% finished and still on track to be completed by November, county officials said this week. The facility is going up at County Road 1140 and 110.
The Greenwood High School cheer team performs at the UIL State Spirit Competition in Fort Worth on Jan. 15. They made it to the finals and finished 6th in the state in the 4A Division II.
