    MIDLAND - Permian Basin Area Foundation is pleased to announce the opening of the 2023-2024 scholarship cycle. Students and counselors may view eligibility and selection criteria for scholarships on the PBAF website, www.pbaf.org. The application opened January 1 and the deadline is March 31.
