GREENWOOD- On Jan. 22, 2024, Midland County Sheriff’s Office Patrol Deputies responded to the area of FM 1213 and ECR 130 in Midland County in reference to petroleum theft.
Deputies were advised that a tractor truck hauling a water tanker had entered an oilfield lease and had possibly taken crude oil from a tank battery with the consent of the oilfield company.
