MARTIN COUNTY - With the stroke of a pen the nearly three year ordeal involving former Stanton High School Principal Matthew Justin Turney could be over in five months.
On Nov. 1, Turney made a Plea Bargain Agreement to Enter the Pre-Trial Diversion Program of the Office of the District Attorney of Howard County, Texas. No admission of guilt, waiver of speedy trial, and waiver of trial by jury.
