GREENWOOD The Greenwood Volunteer Fire Department is encouraging folks to enjoy their Independence Day celebrations while remembering to call 911 immediately if a fire starts to get out of control.
The department says it will have firefighters and equipment ready throughout the holiday weekend to respond to any emergencies, allowing families to celebrate safely while marking the nation’s birthday.
