Early voting nears for MCUD’s $299 million bond election

- With a $299 million water bond going before voters Nov. 3, the Midland County Utility District is spending more time answering questions about its plans and what the bond would mean for taxpayers.

MCUD held three public meetings this week at Brooks Middle School. Greenwood residents could come and ask questions about the bond, taxes and the district’s plans for a public water system.
