Body - The Rangerettes (18-17, 8-2) finished the regular season in second place after winning two of their last three district games. Greenwood overcame a slim 13-11 halftime deficit to blow past Andrews for a 39-29 victory last Thursday night at the Andrews ISD Performance Center.

Body - The Rangers have clinched a playoff berth but are still hoping for a District title with two game remaining. Last Thursday, Greenwood had a victory slip through its fingers when Andrews battled back from a 45-43 deficit to beat Greenwood 58-53.

Late run gives Lubbock Cooper the victory

Body Greenwood battled Lubbock Cooper on Friday night in non-district action at Greenwood High School. The Rangers kept the contest close throughout but Cooper went on a run late in the fourth quarter to clinch a 53-40 victory.
