Body – Two weeks of practice are in the books and its almost time to ramp up the intensity and battle the first opponent of the season with a road trip scrimmage. The Rangers will be lead this season by second year head coach Bryan Hill.
The Greenwood Rangers were on the field Monday morning for the first practices of the 2024 season. Coach Bryan Hill had 130 players report for the first day with the potential for some more in the coming weeks as school starts.

Body WEST TEXAS – Football season is back in West Texas and football teams from Stanton, Grady, Garden City, and Greenwood hit the field Monday for their first two-a-day practices of the year.
Rangerettes close out their softball season with a 16-5 win over Pecos. Freshmen Brylee Savage and Lexi Stewart each hit two run homeruns. Freshmen pitchers Addison Arredondo and Berkley Jenkins allowed ust five hits. Mae Savage led Greenwood with two stolen bases. The Rangerettes finish the season 18-11-1.
