The Greenwood girls track team placed second at the Fort Stockton Comanche Relays over the weekend.
The Rangerettes scored 106 points, just four points behind first-place Monahans with 110. Alpine was third with 105.
Senior Adison Savage led the effort with three golds and a silver.
She won the long jump with a leap of 16 feet, 4.75 inches; won the triple jump with a jump of 30-03.75; and was part of the winning 1,600 relay team with Kate Crunk, Kodi Hartman and Avery McIntyre in a time of 4:27.09.
Savage was also part of the second-place 800 relay team with McIntyre, Grace Franks and Crunk with a time of 1:51.86.
Presley Watzl was second in the 300 hurdles with a time of 50.25 and was third in the 100 hurdles with a time of 17.81.
Crunk finished second in the high jump with a jump of 4-10, while Madison Willis placed second in the pole vault with a 9-00.
